Show and Share is a special time in kindergarten. It is a great way for kindergarteners to practice their listening and speaking skills while bringing something special from their lives into the classroom to share with us. Check out all of our kiddos' Show and Share items!

Pajama day is my favorite day of the year. It is a great way to celebrate the season. We started the day with movement in our PJ's. We moved around the open spaces as elves in a workshop, reindeer flying in the sky, Santa delivering presents, gingerbread people fresh out of the oven, ice skaters enjoying frozen ponds, and lots more. Today we got together with our big buddies for Ahka's visit. She read us the story, Napi and the Bullberries. ... But inside is so delightful! Today we stayed inside and had extra choice time for first recess and half of lunch recess. We enjoyed the beautiful sunshine during our 15 minute lunch recess but boy did we have fun inside today! We built sculptures, played in the house, read books with our reading buddies, created art, did puzzles, sang songs, and lots more.
Kate Beals, also known as Ahka, comes to our classroom twice a month and reads use stories. Today she read the Northern Cheyenne story, The Bob-Tailed Coyote. We always love when Ahka visits!
